Only 29% employees are satisfied with their current pay levels, as per a survey by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

As the cost of living soars, 81% of Indian employees want a pay hike this year, much higher than the global average of 62%.

Millennials show the strongest intention to demand pay hikes, but when it comes to expectations of hikes above 10%, Gen X workers are most confident (76%), followed by Gen Z ( 60%).
