Will 33% women's reservation in Lok Sabha be expedited?

The government has proposed a new Bill that seeks to increase Lok Sabha seats to 850 from the current 543, with 33% of the seats reserved for women.

The draft Bill proposes removing the requirement that delimitation (redrawing boundaries of constituencies) must be done only post the new Census, as per LiveLaw.

Women's reservation was to be taken up only post delimitation. If delimitation is expedited, so would the reservation process. Of course, only if the Bill is passed.
